How to start earning more with Tradepay Send us a completed application form together with your proof of ID. Tradepay sets you up as an employee (this will take a few days)
We will supply you with a unique Tradepay reference number along with two copies of your contract of employment (it is important you sign one and return it to us). These and other useful documents will be sent direct to you.
You tell your agency or client the date from which you will be using Tradepay and we set up the necessary paperwork.
Getting Paid
To be paid weekly, confirm the details of work done before Sunday, then we invoice your agency or client, and they send us payment for your work by Friday.
Once Tradepay has received payment from your agency or client, we make the necessary calculations for PAYE and NI contributions, deduct the set Tradepay fee and any other sums due, and pay your net pay together with accepted expenses directly in to your bank or building society account.
As with any other business, we will send you a detailed payment record, so you can keep a full record of earnings, income tax and NI contributions as your proof of tax payment.
Every Year, we send you the appropriate end-of-year documents, such as P60 and P11D.
